How Does it Work?

Once you are connected to an Access Point and see this page, simply click on the "Sign Up" menu link and choose the correct form

• Sign up with an Access/Promo Pass

Once you register, you simply need to login with the email address and password you entered in the registration form. You only need to register once, if you have time left all you need to do is login to get online.

Can I Get a Test Drive?

We provide a number of web pages you can try your connection on in our OpenSky Directory and Oahu's Best pages. Test your speed and connection quality on these pages before signing up.

Are There Any Support Pages or Test Tools?

The number on the Main Page in the top right will tell you how strong your signal is at our Access Point (the Access Point will most always be strong on your laptop as it has a more powerful radio and antenna, so we are concerned with the laptop's ability to transmit back to the Access Point), this will give a ballpark recommendation based on your connection quality (note that it is not 100% accurate due to fluctuations in interference).

Where Can I Use My Account?

The Skywave Metro WiFi Network has over 165 Access Points throughout Hawaii with more being deployed every week. Your Skywave account is good at any Skywave Hotspot, Hawaiian Telcom HTSpot, or Satellite City Hall in our network.

I am a Hawaiian Telcom DSL Customer, how do I get online?

Hawaiian Telcom DSL customers just need to click on the Hawaiian Telcom Banner on the left. This will take you to a login form where you simply enter your HT email and password to get online.
